Delivery is available In Egypt Only

 

The timelines quoted are business days - Sunday to Thursday only, weekends and public holidays are not included. 

 

Delivery time starts from the next day of the date you have placed your order.

The shipment will arrive sealed with the shipping company representative. Opening the shipment is prohibited to ensure security and prevent tampering with its contents by the shipping company representative.

  • The full order amount will be collected before shipping via InstaPay's instant transfer service.
     

  • For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 8 PM. Orders placed after 8 PM will be automatically postponed to the following day.

 

  • ​This service is only available in weekly business days, which are Sunday through Thursday. It is not available on weekend holidays or public holidays.

Return And Cancellation Policy

  • 14 days Return from the date of delivery .

  • 24 Hours Free Cancellation from the date of the order

  • Customer will be charged with additional shipping cost completely in case of product dislike or change mind.

  • Dislike or Change Mind Order unacceptable to return  in case of used products.

  • Ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and the item is in its original packaging.

  • You will receive 100% refund for your item if we delivered a damaged, defective, wrong item when returning it without any additional shipping fees.
